CHIP SHOP CURRY DINNER RECIPE
Simple & easily prepared, pure comfort food!

500g Chip Shop Curry Barry John Sausages
1 Kg of potatoes, washed, peeled, chipped
Salt and pepper
Baking/Parchment paper for maximum crispiness.
1 Packet of your favourite curry sauce
Preheat your over to 200c/180c fan/gas 5-6
Wash, peel and chip the potatoes. Easiest way to get similar size chips is to first slice the potatoes into slabs, then cut each slab into ½ inch slices. Place the chips into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt & pepper. Next, put the chips onto a baking tray which has been lined with baking or parchment paper for maximum crispiness. And place into the oven. Cook until crispy and golden.
Put the sausages onto a baking tray also and place into the oven. Cook until golden in colour and cooked through.
While your chips & sausages are cooking, make up the curry sauce per your favourite curry sauce packet instructions. Keep warm & set aside.
To serve, plate up the chips, 2 sausages and pour over the curry sauce. Yummy and hassle-free tea!
