The Irish Quality Food and Drink Awards celebrates and recognise the best in wholesale, retail and foodservice of food and drink products available throughout Ireland. We are delighted to say we received a Bronze Award this year for our tasty Bacon, Mushroom & Black Pudding Sausage. It is a very proud moment for us. It is always nice to receive recognition for the hard work and effort put in by my team. This award wouldn’t be possible without the support and enthusiasm that my team bring to the table. All of our products are handmade and handwrapped in small batches to ensure a top quality product is available to our customers. Barry John Sausages are all made with 75% Irish Pork Meat and a combination of the most unique flavours.
