We’re feeling inspired. We’ve made up a delicious homemade pizza and topped it with our Gourmet Barry John Pepperoni Cheese Pizza flavoured sausages! Amazing! We chose this flavour, but you can choose any of our award-winning flavours as a topping.

8 Jumbo Pepperoni Cheese Pizza Barry John Sausages
Traditional DIY pizza base / Or store-bought pizza dough and follow instructions on the package to create your pizza base.
Pre-heat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Brown the Pepperoni Cheese Pizza sausages and cut into thin slices. Set aside.
Prepare the base. I used a store-bought pizza dough to make my base. It’s simple to use, you place the unrolled pizza base dough with its baking sheet on to a baking tray and prick with a fork.
Next spread the pizza sauce over the base and layer some mozzarella.
Finally top your pizza with the Pepperoni Cheese Pizza sausage slices.
* To add something extra to your pizza, sprinkle some sesame seeds onto the crust to add a bit of texture or mix some sautéed garlic & basil into the pizza sauce to give a nice flavour.
Bake in a hot oven for approx. 15/20 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is nice and golden.
