Barry John Chip Shop Curried sausages are so versatile. We’ve used them to create this simple quick dinner recipe. We’ve used store bought curry sauce, so in fact the only part that takes the longest to cook is the browning of the sausages themselves.

Serves 4 – Cooking time 20/30mins – Simple

Ingredients
8 Jumbo Barry John Curry Sausages
Your favourite curry sauce
1 Red or White onion
300g frozen / tinned peas
4 large carrots sliced
Salt & pepper to flavour

Method
Brown the Chip Shop Curry sausages, then remove from your pan and cut into thick chunks.
In the same pan, sauté the onion until golden and soft, remove from the heat.
Make up approx. 1/ 1½ Litres of a curry sauce.
Next, add all of the ingredients together into a large pot. The sliced carrots / peas / sautéed onions and sausages and pour over the curry sauce. Leave to simmer for a few minutes until the carrots are soft and cooked through.
Serve with some rice or homemade fries.
